Ayed Khazaleh:
Has 20 years of experience in ship chartering, holds B.A degree in Economics and Master of Science degree in shipping from World Maritime University in Malmo, Sweden. Also is a member of the Institute of Charterered Shipbrokers, London and presently board member and managing director of Silk Road Shipping. Beside that he is board member at  Jordan Ship Agents’ Association and have conducted several shipping seminars related to charterer parties and Bills of Lading.

Emad Madanat:
Has a B.A degree in Economics and more than 7 years as a dry cargo shipbroker. He also has more than 10 years of experience with Silk Road and ship operating experience, he occupied the post of chartering manager at an international fertilizer trading house. He attended several shipping courses and he is one of the founders of Silk Road Shipping and Silk Waves Agencies.
Worked 5 years as an in house brokers for fertilizers trading house.

Ali Yamani: 
Has B.A degree in Politics and Management, worked as shipping accountant for 4 years and for 18 years as an exclusive and competitive ship brokers for international trades dealing various commodities.
He is one of the founders of Silk Road and Silk Waves and in charge of all financial shipping matters related to cash flow management and finance of time chartered vessels operations.     

Raef Rihani:
Has more than 30 years of shipping experience as a ship broker and as a shipping adminstrator
worked with liner shipping agents for 4 years and he is  expert in laytime calculations. also  he is a founder / board member of silk road shipping

Saleh Zaghateet:
Has B.A degree in Political Science and Business Administrations, Master degree in International Relations.

Worked as post fixing broker for 10 years and more than 8 years as a dry cargo shipbroker beside that he worked for 3 years as marketing and chartering manager for local ship owners company. He is familiar with all ship operating matters including bunkering and voyage estimate issues. And attended several seminars in shipping and ship management.

Jalal Smadi:
Has B.A degree in Modern Languages, joined Silk Road team in 2006 & obtained extensive practice in shipping especially in the post fixing also attended several shipping courses, presently working in the post fixing and ship operating department.       

Noor Ghaith:
Has B.A degree in English Literature, work as a dry cargo shipbroker and post fixing broker for 3 years with Silk Road Shipping and attended several shipping courses.

Firas Doleh:
Has B.A degree in Management Information Systems, worked as a dry cargo shipbroker and post fixing broker for 2 years with Silk Road Shipping And Trading. Involved in laytime business (calculation and settlement).

Fawwaz Shishani:
Holds B.A degree in Accounting, has more than 25 years of accounting experience and auditing.
Worked for last 10 years as shipping accountant and presently he is the finance manager.
